Bay-Air airport transfers

Bay Air, a locally family owned Company, operating for fourteen years in the Redlands, merged with another locally owned Company, Redlands Coast Shuttle on the 1st October, 2023 to ensure the continued success of Bay Air Transfers with the pending retirement of owner, Stanley Lewis. 

Bay Air and Redlands Coast Shuttle provide transfers on a shuttle service or private transfers to Brisbane Airport.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the booked service date will be refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount. If there is any reason you are unable to see out your booking, we ask that you call us to arrange a different date/time or to cancel with as much notice as possible.

Changes

Changes made to your Confirmed Booking prior is subjected to availability. Please ensure to ring us on 0422 691 971 to arrange any required changes.

Contact Information

We will contact you using the mobile phone number given to us when booking your service. Please ensure that your mobile phone is operational at the time of pickup.

Flight details

We ask that you provide us with your correct Flight Details, specifically the number and arrival/departure times as this helps our drivers to monitor flight delays and can ensure we can accommodate the changes required.

Oversized/Excess luggage

Passenger/s with oversized and/or excess luggage must let us know at least 48 hours prior to travel to advise that extra items are to be carried.

Failure to advise us of additional items may result in the items being declined. Oversized and excess luggage can include but not limited to surfboards, fishing rods, golf bags and bike bags/boxes.
